The course was easy to follow and useful for my job role.
Early on when it said customers hold a stake in a business and there are internal and external customers, that is wrong. People who hold an interest in the business are 'stakeholders', customers are one of many stakeholders. A delivery driver is not a 'customer' they are a 'stakeholder'.

Some useful tips
I enjoyed the course and found it very comprehensive. One thing that could be improved was to synchronise the speaker's words with the audio. He was ahead of the script which made it difficult to watch. Otherwise I thought it was great. I have delivered Customer Service training myself over a half-day session and found your course was very effective in just 35 minutes. Thank you.
Good Course content, but test seemed to easy.
The narrator, explains things clearly and concisely, I felt happy and confident in taking the test and even feeling better now I passed
