Very basic
Well presented and informative without being patronising.
A bit more in depth work for contracting on customer sites, it caters more for public shops, would never call the police at a work site.
A generic course, which made it slightly boring. A little too long also. But well presented and clear.
I thought the people in the videos were vert stereotypical (in gender & ethnicity) Also some of the question were poorly worded. I did not understand the question on the one I got wrong.
course content very good but very slow to download each video so took twice as long to complete
I have enjoyed doing this course there has been a lot of useful information. It has shown me how to deal with awkward situations/colleagues/clients etc. It has taught me how to have a more positive attitude and given me confidence in what I do. How to go about my day to day role professionally & more.
I could not get the sound to work but was able to follow the course by reading the subtitles. I would have preferred the sound. I have been in my current Reception post for approximately 7 years and you can find you take customers for granted. This course was a good reminder to reinforce how important my role is. A really pleasant refresher. It would have been good to see a more diverse ethnic mix reflected in the cast.
thinking how I would adopt to use in the workplace felt I could make changes immediately
The course was very informative and clear and easy to navigate although I believe that when taking the test you should be able to select the answer and then submit it as a couple of the tests I have done I have lost a mark or two for accidentally pressing the wrong answer whilst trying to see the other answers by swiping up and down on my phone
