The traing is excellent and if there is only one thing I can bring to your attention is the scribled drawing in the video which I found quite distracting, apart from that all of the training is super.

I felt that it had great solutions to issues that can occur . With a working environment. Always a good tool to have. Step back and assess the situation factually. Before trying to resolve it and build on the strength of it.

This topic is amazing,it has shaped my thoughts on how to interact with people around me both at work.

Very good course, just for the test I would like to suggest that, there should be a button to confirm your answer instead of automatically correcting them, I miss clicked a different answer 3 times because my mouse is broken... and because, I passed cant retake the test again would have liked to score 100% in this easy test.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course as it raised awareness of different techniques to manage different conflict.

The conflict resolution course was really easy to follow, it explained things well and is a useful tool to have, no matter what your position is in an organisation. Everyone should take this course, it helps you understand simple steps to follow to manage conflict, both in the workplace and in home life.

A couple of the questions were a little ambiguous!

It was good
