Something to think about
Obvioulsy conflict at work can be an issue but this course gives you tools and ideas to help think qbout things differently
It was helpful as it taught us a few things about how to resolve a conflict during your shifts.

Overall, I found the conflict resolution training very useful and informative. It helped me recognise the importance of addressing disagreements calmly and respectfully, while also considering other people’s perspectives. I feel that the skills and techniques I learned during the course will help me communicate more effectively, approach difficult conversations with greater confidence, and deal with conflict in a more positive and constructive way in the future.
