It was very easy to use and useful
Unlike some courses where I complete it but don't take too much Interest, I really found this one very interesting as it's something we have all experienced whether personally or professionally and I can resonate with the examples discussed and I like the solutions provided to deal with all types of conflict. I also like that you provided a transcript for each video, which made it easier to save it on a document and I like the downloadable tools that I will find useful in my own life. Thank you, it's a great course.
