A good learning course to know the issues at work.Also helps to resolve it.
Informative and helpful
This course was very informative but without being too lengthy. Each slide was around 1-3 minutes long which helped to break it down rather than being lots of information in one go. It also had questions throughout to ensure understanding.
Brilliant Training.
Conflict Resolution training was well presented and very easy to understand.. I do recommend the traing to work colleagues.
