Easy to follow
This training module expressed the ease of conflict resolution in an informal way, to help reduce unhappiness between people. It used easy to follow examples and ideas, as well as useful, practical tools to use in conflict resolution.
Knowledgeable
The course was well organised and easy to follow, and I gained useful knowledge that I can apply directly to my role. The trainer explained topics clearly and provided good examples, which helped my understanding. Overall, I found the course very beneficial and would rate it highly.

I found that the downloads and steps were really useful and would like other team members to complete this as a result of my learning. It was not too long so meant that this could be completed without pausing with tools to take away.
