Fantastic course – I'm Certified
It gave me a lot of great tools for managing disputes, but mostly it gave me a certificate. So please be advised as a Certified Conflict Resolver, I plan to carry it with me at all times so that whenever someone tries to argue with me, I can just tap the certificate and say, 'I'm sorry, are you certified in this?' Life changing. If you too would like to end all arguments by simply holding up a piece of paper, take this course. 5 stars

This training module expressed the ease of conflict resolution in an informal way, to help reduce unhappiness between people. It used easy to follow examples and ideas, as well as useful, practical tools to use in conflict resolution.

The course was well organised and easy to follow, and I gained useful knowledge that I can apply directly to my role. The trainer explained topics clearly and provided good examples, which helped my understanding. Overall, I found the course very beneficial and would rate it highly.
