I found this training quite informative and interesting

A very useful course although it would be helpful to see a practical demonstration of the theory.

This was informative, using subtitles and being able to pause the video was a benefit, when working around daily duties. I think the option to re-sit would be advantageous. The question portion advising to revisit portions of the video is a great idea. I personally had exited out of the test whilst trying to navigate in error, then couldn't get back onto the 'Test'

The course content was good, however the course chapters took a while to load and the test crashed half way so had to restart. What should have taken 30 minuets too me almost an hour.

Useful and a god refresher. Might be helpful to add in a slide on brining the employees attention to the company policy as well to encourage them to recognise the support they can access.

I have had lots of training around this subject as I was a foster carer. It is always good to recap and have reminders of good practice .

The conflict resolution course was very short, and I found it quite easy to answer the questions, without putting a lot of thought into the answer I was giving. It’s interesting though. I like the extra short video when u do actually answer a question wrong though explaining why the answer is wrong . I would definitely advise others to gain this certificate.
