E Learning (I spent 14 years in care work and speak from experience) starts as a shallot and builds layers to become a prize winning ONION it should be carefully thought out what courses apply to each type of work or in the end the E learning itself will produce an exodus of staff who will become sick to death of it. Worse courses are those that staff look on as social engineering, ie, Company policies/DNA/ our outlook etc, you may not agree with my viewpoint but it is based on experience of my own and colleagues opinions, dont let the shallot become a massive onion.
Courses can be boring to do and draining, Try make it more interactive so that you can learn easier
We have one computer between 20 of us situated in our mess room and as most of the instructions were verbal it was of no use as our computer has zero sound from the speakers. It is always assumed that everyone in the Civil Service is sitting at a desk and is computer literate. Since joining the government car service nearly 20 years ago I am still waiting for the computer course I was promised and now reaching retirement age it’s a bit too late. As for the course it is all common sense, just treat people the way you like to be treated yourself.

Complete waste of time courses like this only waste peoples time. this training has very little value if any to enhancing staff performances.
I guarantee everyone is ignoring the videos and retaking the tests until they pass.
