I thought I knew a lot about this topic but I picked up some really useful tips that I will definitely use now

It's very basic information about communication, but if you've never thought about it before, it can be helpful to make you focus on what's important.

Short but covered everything. Thought the barriers section was very useful. Cheat sheet and further resources useful.

Video/audio-visual format highly accessible and engaging (as opposed to lengthy blocks of text). Questions are also spaced well throughout the training and are directly related to the segment you have just learned (more accessible than having a bulk of questions at the end). One star removed purely because you cannot alter the speed of the video - as different people may learn better at different speeds.

I found it informative and did make me think about the way we communicate with each other, also makes you think about your body language when communicating so that you don't offend people
