Video/audio-visual format highly accessible and engaging (as opposed to lengthy blocks of text). Questions are also spaced well throughout the training and are directly related to the segment you have just learned (more accessible than having a bulk of questions at the end). One star removed purely because you cannot alter the speed of the video - as different people may learn better at different speeds.
I found it informative and did make me think about the way we communicate with each other, also makes you think about your body language when communicating so that you don't offend people
Re: Communication is a Circuit For the response possibility "If the response is NOT expected . . ." one outcome was omitted: – The responder may have interpreted the initial communication in a different way from how the sender meant. viz. a misunderstanding.Assertive - Authoratitive . . . as a Woman? Standing in Superman posture, with legs apart and hands on hips - will block a doorway, but won't look authoratitive to a bloke. They'll probably laugh. (even if silently, inside, if they're at work). To show they're not scared of a woman. The "Cheat Sheet" is a great idea - it forms the backbone for any other notes one may want to make. Once, that is, one has got it out of pdf format, so you can type in other comments where appropriate. Some useful tips and observations.
I noticed in the communications skills training that one of the aids used was to write a note in a bottle and throw it into the sea, not a very good start for the Environmental Awareness training!
good

Having taken a course in Communication Skills previously, this had nothing new to learn. However, the presenter was very easy to watch and easy to understand.
