communication is important in life to communicate effectively to each other, in work or in general.
communication is something we do every day. This course has helped me to understand the value of communicating and having non verbal and verbal communication, greeting and smiling in a workplace, for example gives off a polite care for the work environment. overall I understand the understanding of empathy and trust. I learnt that communication enchances interpersonal skills and improves teamwork.
