At home, at work, at social gatherings, meetings, everywhere one has to communicate to be heard and listened to.
This a very important course and not only for employees, but for everyone within Niab's hierarchy. Communication should not be bottom to top or top to bottom, it should be two way. Having said this, I applaud Niab's CEO for the way he conducts staff meetings. He talks to staff, listens to and answers their questions on the spot – communication circuit complete.

A very good short course.
I thought that this course was very beneficial for me to understand how to improve communication and understanding the different environmental and social aspects. It also was short which helped me to keep interest whilst also teaching me many new skills and behaviours.
