I didn't find this course very engaging, and being in a loud office made it difficult to concentrate on the video's because they weren't particularly engaging.

A perfect course for young adults who are embarking upon a career or commencing work.
I thought this course would be a great starter for someone with little experience. I feel like you could go futher into more details and maybe cover bigger topics such as conflicts and calming situations, this is something you pick up with experience however someone starting a communications role might need some helpful tips.

Whilst it probably does what is needed in handling aspects of communicatuion in a quick and easy manner, the lack of active participation means that it is easy to disconnect mentally. For a communication course this seems ironic, but I do feel that, difficult as it may be with an online course accepted, there needs to be a better way to engage with participants.
