Not sure why, but I couldn't hear the audio - good that there was also a transcript. The question in the test on sexual harassment I felt was open to interpretation and could benefit from being re-written.
This course would be good as a refresher or as a high level training but as someone who has done this training in a classroom I feel that that it is missing the interaction and the conversations that are opened up with multiple participants.This would be a good course in lieu of classroom based training during the Covid-19 restrictions.
The course was concise, clear and easy to follow. It was well set out.

This was an informative course - it was presented using clear, plain English which made it easy to understand. I would have liked to have seen some scenarios played out as part of the testing - rather than just multi choice to ensure that managers are really equipped to make the right decisions at the appropriate points in any stage.
