This course is straightforward, informational and covers the important material to a useful level. It doesn't suffer from the patronizing presentation evident in some of the other modules.

Lots of good information about both how to stop B&H and how to prevent it occurring in the first place.
Brings basic behaviours to the fore
The duration of the course and the fact it can be done on-line, will be very useful for anyone in our Business who has a supervisory responsibility. There were good ideas for getting a productive culture within the Business. The downside of an on-line course is that there isn't any interaction with the Trainer, to talk about different scenarios. Also, I would have liked a section on the best way to investigate a case of bullying and/or harassment. Overall, I found the course useful.
