It was 44 minutes of being talked at with only 4 points of interactivity through the course. Online learning can be so much better than this with matching / gap fill and other activities etc to reinforce learning along the way. It was unengaging and even after the course and reading the additional material a couple of the specific terms remain unclear to me.

A very good course, didnt realise much about bullying in the work place but i have more understanding of it now.
Very clear to understand, easy to go back over a certain bit if needed, and good to do when time is limit, so you can do a bit at a time,
I felt the course was very well delivered, as well as clearly and concisely. It's obviously also a very complex issue, that affects the feeling moral and even life choices of individuals, that a single course cannot possibly cover to the depth required over 45 minutes. However, it's a good first step and very useful for raising awareness of the issues involved and solutions available
Discussed all the legal options, how to make a claim and how to adjudicate matters around bullying and harassment at work. A course worth my time and more.
