very easy to understand and digest

very good format with bite size segments of information which makes it easy to digest and understand. very easy to navigate and re-watch sections to get and more comprehensive understanding if required.

A good course

This was a good course, the only thing holding back a five star review was that the volume level increased after question 3. The presenter's tone of voice was good, and the best I've had on any iHasco course.

I found this course clear and easy to follow, to the point and informative. Very well put together.

Clear and to the point.

My summary of this course is that it is certainly an eye opener and makes you stop and think about your teams behaviours as well as your own. A lot of what I learnt was how unaware a lot of people can be has to the effects of their words or actions can result in with regards to how other people perceive them. Makes you realise, think about your words and actions and accept they could cause great distress to someone who may find inappropriate, and also could have harmful consequence's.
