About this course
Although there is no definite definition of ‘leadership’, it is generally accepted to be a person's ability to understand people’s motivation and leverage it to achieve a common goal.
Generally, organisational leaders tend to be those in management positions. However, being a manager does not neccesarily mean that you are a leader. This short online training course has been designed for the use of employees across all industry sectors and aims to improve their leadership skills.

A breif overview
A very good brief overview of Leadership styles and motivations. I feel I would have benefitted more had there be a little more indepth discussion and more that the one interactive element. The course could also benefit from some follow-up. Overall though for an first introduction it was very good.
