About this course
Although there is no definite definition of ‘leadership’, it is generally accepted to be a person's ability to understand people’s motivation and leverage it to achieve a common goal.
Generally, organisational leaders tend to be those in management positions. However, being a manager does not neccesarily mean that you are a leader. There are a number of skills required for a person to be an effective and skillful leader. Therefore, it's crucial that organisations invest in their management team to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to effectively lead a team.
This short online training course has been designed for the use of employees across all industry sectors and aims to improve their leadership skills.
The course can be completed in just 15 minutes and provides a printable certificate upon completion.
