A very good brief overview of Leadership styles and motivations. I feel I would have benefitted more had there be a little more indepth discussion and more that the one interactive element. The course could also benefit from some follow-up. Overall though for an first introduction it was very good.

I will add many of the lessons here to my everyday.
The presenter was very clearly spoken and easy to understand. If I was unsure about any of the sections, I was able to stop and re-read the information to ensure that I understood it. The examples shown were interesting, and I found the course very easy to follow. Many thanks for adding to my training.
