Writing Effective Emails Training Reviews

This course is well presented and enjoyable to listen to/see with well designed graphics and a well spoken presenter. The course covers everything from what CC and BCC is used for to how to write a title - it feels a bit basic for what the title appears to claim (perhaps needing to be changed to simply 'Writing Emails Training'). It could be this information is more aimed at those who do not write emails regularly but I would have liked to see a bit more of an 'advanced' approach (or perhaps an advanced course following this course to further dive into the topic).

Very basic , but very informative .

I thought this course was good and showed how to effectively write emails, it just reiterated what i already know but was good to keep refreshed

Good content and good tips for future use of sending emails. Also helpful advice on what not to put in an email.
