Good, but more examples would be better. From a personal point of view, people who are neurodiverse and struggle with the written word may not benefit fully from this course.

This training is very useful in our daily communication with customers. We know many things but do not understand where and how to use them. This training provided a lot of good information. Thanks for providing this training.
comprehensive but basic
It covers everything in great detail but did not teach me anything new.
Might be OK if you had very little experience writing emails
I've been doing it for a long time, too basic a course to really bring any new insight / help me bounce out of any bad habits I may have picked up along the way. I was hoping for something a bit more advanced tbh.

The course was easy to understand & has some really helpful tips for people who do not write emails very often.

Very basic given the amount of emails that I sent by most people on most days
I felt is was targeted to those who have (almost) never sent an email, which is today's world seems rather outdated even for children. I'm afraid it didn't really help me.

Too basic, needs to be more engaging and compelling
I found that this course was literally teaching a child. Email has been around for many years now and is a common platform for communication. This course could start with the basics but there is really alot more that could be said, i.e. on the tone and how it is received (in depth with examples), writing styles, and how to keep something concise and to the point. I think this course fell flat / short of what it should be for adults in the working environment.
