I THINK THAT IT GOOD FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE STARTING A NEW CAREER IN AN OFFICE, BUT MOST THINGS ARE EASY TO UNDERSTAND
This might have been useful in the 80s or maybe now, for octagenarians who have never used a computer before. It doesn't cover writing skills and should be retitled: What is e-mail and how do I use it? However, the presentation format and the content delivery system is very good.
Extremely basic. Good for people who've never written an email and did go through every point of an email - but would have been good to actually use one or more example emails, comparing a long email and then a shorter, better written email to demonstrate picking out key features / information
Not suitable for anyone who has been using emails regularly. would be okay for school leavers / work experience.
