This is less about writing effective email and more aimed at someone who has never written an email

The advice was very basic. This seemed more appropriate for high school students not adults. The further learning links at the end were much more helpful.

The host of the course came across as very condescending. I understand that these course are meant for all levels but their tone came across as very patronising and deeming. You could also tell that their were reading a script.

This was a very basic introduction to emails and how they work (only really useful for individuals new to using email).

Crap

I can't imagine anyone needing to hear any of that actually getting a job that required them to use email.

This is a very basic course but I guess its ideal for someone who has never sent an email before.
