Good short intro course to get people thinking. Maybe a few more exercises like the photo or voices one would be good to really drive the point home

this was my first time doing a training on this subject - it was clear and easy to follow; the video content was engaging.
The course was very thought provoking and worthwhile. I actually enjoyed challenging my own belief system. However my one issue was that I had to watch it with subtitles due to having hearing difficulties; and on certain parts of the course there was information at the bottom of the screen I could not see because of the subtitles.
Good information and important reminder to challenge our biases!
It would be good to have this followed up with group discussions and examples.
Presented really well , relevant ,engaging . It Is. for everyone whether you have been in the work place for. 35 years or 1 . We constantly. need act on the bias we unintentionally have. My only criticism is. again the imagery is very office based .Which many industries and. organisations are not ie colleges , universities , medical sector ,land based industries . the imagery need to be more diverse and inclusive to reinforce the point .
