100% to difficult

Myself and a number of colleagues have needed to re-do the test a number of times to get all of the 20 questions correct. The test would be better if you where presented with the questions you got wrong rather than all 20 questions again. For example, if you get a question wrong early on, then you know you need to do the test again. After the 4th/5th .... time of doing this....... it becomes very tiresome.

Clear, current, easy to understand

Good opportunity to review how I think, feel and act. Very important in my role. Good prompt to analyse my reactions, particularly unconscious facial expressions etc as first impressions and building trust are crucial in my job.

Extremely useful for everybody

Gave it 4* stars (instead of deserved 5*) just because it seems it is a repetition of last year's course. I understand that principles do not change, but if some variations have been introduced to refresh the whole experience and make it at least feel updated it would have been more enjoyable. I would also suggest more participating questions for us to answer before that final test. If more videos are introduced and if they change every year, course would feel fresher. Also, number of questions for the test at the end could be increased and multiple choice answers could include images as well. In that case we would be keen to to receive new course ASAP. But overall, this course is extremely useful, not only for people in a workplace but for our friends as well. Not sure is test available out of company as well, so we can share it with friends... Will check on Google...

A useful reminder

I appreciate that it has to be a 'one size fits all' course, so it probably needs to be aimed at the lowest common denominator. However, for those of us who have completed similar training in the past, a refresher course would have been a better option - it could have started from a higher base, and explored some elements in greater detail.

A little presumptuous....

A little presumptuous and rather too simplified but a good introduction for those who are completely unfamiliar.

Interesting, clear and concise

A very interesting and thoughtful course.

4/5
A little droll

Could have been more stimulating with more quick questions and challenges.

4/5
Clear and concise training course.

For newbies to this subject (as I was) the course clearly and concisely explains the subject and provides tools to help application of its content - such as the various forms of unconscious bias; it took me longer than 30 minutes to work through.

I don't agree with 100% of the training

It was a great training. I learnt the different types of biases, and how to deal with them. I learnt a lot of valuable information in this training, and it was very vital and crucial. Although I don't agree with one or two things, I'd say that it had a net positive effect on me.

4/5
Engaging, Direct, initial foundation

This raised many eyebrows of surprise about just how much unconscious bias I need to challenge and ACT upon. Really useful tool to remember and the training has sparked an increased curiosity to question further and delve deeper into the case study example types we may demonstrate daily in and outside the work place. But a care to know its years of conditioning and past experiences to challenge.
