Contrary to what I thought,(!) it was a very interesting and the presenter was excellent.
I didn't realise there were so many bias a person can have. The course helped me to think of the unconscious bias I can have on a daily basis and will help ne to challenge them.
Eye-opener
As usual, very professional and quite thought provoking.
Well planned and presented and well laid out in easy to follow steps. Good use of examples linked and very professional and polished audio/visuals. Will be helpful in taking role further
