Sometimes it's hard to ignore people even when we're busy because maybe the person coming for help needs to clarify something important.

some useful thinks like Activity log and the 4 ds

I liked the additional resources, however I did find the questions relating to the activity log and the to-do lists a little confusing. I don't feel that they matched what was taught about the techniques, for example a question about where you would record small tasks, I believed that this would be the activity as were taught that this is where you should record all tasks big or small however the answer was to-do list. I feel it would help if the question was a little bit clearer. overall, i enjoyed the course and I learnt some techniques I will carry in to my workplace.

The course had a lot of good tips and tricks present and I appreciated it mentioned that not all would be suitable for everyone. I wasn't a fan of all the quotations and felt the points being made could've been presented in a better way. The phrase 'Time Bandit' also felt childish and not necessarily targeted at the correct group of people.
