very informative

I found this short course very helpful and will definitely take on board what I have learnt and utilising it to better manage how I utilise my time

Course is a great example of the theme

Well done Ihasco, nicely weighted with subject, flow and pace, covers the key points and makes it relatable to work and wider behaviours. Highly recommend.

Really Interesting Course.

I really like the idea of categorising tasks and acting accordingly

5/5
Generic and contradictory

The core competencies of activity logs and planning were well presented. The rest was meaningless twaddle. The opening sentence is just wrong - Animals are time aware. The reward section is on the verge of becoming a time bandit!

3/5
Very pragmatic and practical guidance

A very good session on the things that waste time and how to tackle them. I found the present self and the future self a very good example and explanation

This was valuable training.

This will benefit myself and the team I work with.

Inconsiderate of neurodiversity

I understand that for some, these simple steps can be useful. However, I use many of the methods discussed and I still struggle with time management. I believe I have ADHD and I found the training patronising as it told me what to do that I'm already doing. The training didn't consider how neurodiversity may impact time management skills, or how different abilities might impact how someone is able to carry out tasks. I didn't think it was very inclusive. I think there also needs to be a section that explains how people with neurodiversity, where we can find specific support for our needs, and to explain how people can work with neurodiverse colleagues.
