In this training it explored "time bandits" stealing time away from important tasks - this training was a time bandit.
Main focus was on prioritised to-do lists and rolled out the usual time management guff that was being spouted in the eighties. Unoriginal and unhelpful. Things have moved on!

This is a 30 minute, un-skippable course on time management. It outlines uncommon, unusable, nonsensical terms such as 'time bandits'. After it has explained what they are, it then tests to see if you remember the definitions they just taught you. These terms, definitions and explanations will never be used again in any context. It is completely pointless and unhelpful.
As someone who has ADHD i think this course is not very inclusive as a lot of the things that they recommend which seem simple are not as simple for people that struggle with those. I took this course to try and help with my time management but it was things that I already knew I should be doing. Also using the example of exercise versus eating cake is not a very sensitive matter and quite offensive.

Perhaps better aimed at younger team members, school leavers entering work environment for the first time who need guidance / training on time management. As someone with many years working in different environments I found it patronising and not helpful and all I could think whilst watching was what I had to complete on my "to do" list.
Same as the level 3 diploma I've just completed covering time management

Very outdated take on productivity. Having a coffee while you work is not a reward in 2021, it's a pretty basic thing that should not be viewed as underserved for someone who is not being "productive". The content seems to glorify a baby boomer vision of productivity in an office environment. Don't recommend this training.
