Did not need to be 30mins A lot of complain sense
Changing the Videos to being unskippable where there is no pertinent information outside of the transcript, and disabling the ability to move through the timeline to rewatch an important visual part has reduced the user experience of the course.
Only a complete cretin would fail.
Not a suitable program for managers - only useful for new members of staff with no knowledge at all .
Continuous buffering ruined my chances of a 100% pass as I didn't get to hear half the content.
Some of the slides did not provide summary sheets as the video kept freezing
