While the content of the programme is relevant, asking the same or similar questions more than once (as happened twice in my test) is pointless. As is asking questions like "What percentage of accidents are caused by slips, trips or falls?" as it is just testing whether you can remember a statistic, it doesn't test whether you are better prepared to prevent or deal with a slip, trip or fall.

My rating driven by technical difficulties only.Some of the video's did not play.Used subtitles to review content.If video's had worked would of rated the content/course as a 4.
Is it really necessary to tell people that water on the floor will make you slip?! I appreciate some of the information regarding working with ladders etc is important but it seems like the training is just being padded out by telling you that spillages might make you slip! Just my honest opinion!
