So much of this course is repeated information from the ladders and working at height courses.

Not as completely relevant in my place of work as some of the other video courses. The graphics and videos do help to supplement the verbal information given.
Some of the animations include a soundtrack of rainfall over the voice of the presenter, this interfered with my hearing aids tinnitus programs and resulted in me removing my hearing aids to complete the course.

The course lasted 30 minutes. In terms of the information it contained it could have been reduced by at least 10 minutes and still have been effective. People will engage more and absorb information better if it is conveyed in a manner that is short, sharp and too the point. The content certainly did not require 30 minutes allocating to it.
