Personally I find stress on the second syllable of "Harassment" irritating. It should be on the first. Don't do victim! Suggest some confidence building activities a victimised person could pursue, e.g. Toastmasters International; amateur theatre; martial arts courses. Perhaps you couldn't include this, but harassment at work might be the Universe's way of telling someone they are in the wrong job...
This was a good course as it gave plenty of examples. It gets you to reflect on your own unintentional language and behaviour which might make someone feel uncomfortable. Good from the point of view to create a more positive working environment.
A very good course really helps to raise awareness to sexual Harassment that can happen in a working environment.
Very clear and informative, module length is good and easy to complete and focus on for 30mins
Clear format, great examples. Easy to follow.
Training was very informative, i think some of the slides could have been longer and not so many of them but overall it was great
What if one individual is jealous to other two colleague who are lovers and showing their affection to each other in appropriate manner. Can he demand to change their behaviour because it upsets him?
