The course could have been better if better problems and solutions could be provided as examples. Since the entire course duration is only 11 minutes, a little more content could be added to take a problem and solve it using the ICED technique proposed in the course. Other than that, it was informative, clear and useful.
Great Content and easy to follow. Perhaps to enhance it slightly, it could be applied to further disciplines in the work force going forward?
Good practical approach to problem solving

I would have appreciated a few case studies (of some real-life/work-based examples) of problems for me/us to use our new techniques in how to go about solving. However, apart from that, I consider that the training was thorough, relevant to me, my colleagues and most of the problems which we encounter in our work. Thank you.
