Informtative and PRactial
I have always struggled with this area as someone who tends not to be very logical under pressure. I often go down a blind route then exhaust the option and panic. It is good to think in terms of assessing the problem and having a second plan in case the first one fails. I like the idea of sharing the solution as I tend to think in siloes and favour my own solutions; however these may fall short for other people. I now know that a solution needs to be durable and be accepted by everyone involved.
