Good Overview
Good general overview, but would like more problem scenarios and the steps to show how to complete from start to finish.
Good and concise - I did like 'ICED'
This was a very engaging module. I enjoyed the way it was presented (in fact all your presenters are excellent communicators). WOOP was a new one on me and I could see it might be useful.
