a clear and well structured course with a good amount of information available both in the videos and as supliments. especially liked that they emphasised the importance of ensuring that solutions worked longer term and not just being a quick fix.

Easy to remember acronym.

Very short and probably good for a quick refresher to remind you about looking for root causes etc. and the process for identifying and resolving problems.

The course was good

The course could have been better if better problems and solutions could be provided as examples. Since the entire course duration is only 11 minutes, a little more content could be added to take a problem and solve it using the ICED technique proposed in the course. Other than that, it was informative, clear and useful.
