On a positive note very useful information and helpful tips, nit only for myself but for my works colleagues, friends and family.I don't like the characters used though, rather off putting. Why not real people as they are the ones affected, not little characters with pincers etc. Thank you
Already have a good understanding of mental health but nice that work have put things in place to help with mental health. Nice to work for somewhere that are trying to understand more about mental health.
A good basic introduction to mental health and some of things which can trigger problems. And I like that they said there's no 'one-size-fits-all' approach to dealing with it. As with all the courses I'd prefer to read a slide and move on when I'm ready rather than have to sit watch a presentation.
Some useful tips and practical ideas on maintaining mental well-being
addresses a very important area and provides 'tips and tricks' to maintain and improve one's mental health.
The course clearly is aimed at early level understanding, I found the course a little “Tell” ish. However the content was good, the information was easily understood but could have been a little more interactive and not just 20 questions at the end. Thanks.
