A very good course for every one to do and understand the meaning of mental health of people
made you understand mental health more clearly in some aspects. I have known and know people with these issues, such as anxiety and depression. I am so glad that the media have now realized that it is very widespread with issues of stress in the workplace, after all you do spend a lot of time there, you must enjoy your job and get on with everyone and understand their mental health issues if they have any. I believe that at some point we all have had or still have some sort of mental health issues.

Mental health is something we all need to become more aware of, too often in the past the attitude has been 'Pull yourself together' - 'Just get on with it' etc. This short course and the test that follows is very useful to help better understand ,mental health and how to improve it.
Really interesting and informative course
I feel this gives a great insight and also gives tips on how to manage as well as suggesting apps to assist with the road to recovery. As a sufferer with depression, it is not always easy to identify. This course gives you an idea of what to look out for, not just in yourself but others too. Welldone to the team that worked and delivered this.
