Really Informative
It was really nice to see a course where it is split into manageable chunks and it was really easy to follow.
Good and informative
I myself have severe depression which is controlled with medication I take daily, I'm hoping that people that do this course, will have a better understanding of those with anxiety and depression and to know, by saying 'pull your socks up and get on with it' hurts and makes us pull into ourselves even more Me already thinking about my tick list 🙂 Thank you
The content was satisfactory and easy to understand.

The breadth of this course covered in such an easy going manner is invaluable
I found the course invaluable and practically useful. It covers the broadest range of topics but in an easy manner which makes it easy to use and take the content on board.
Basically informative
The course is basically informative with some useful information for anyone who has no knowledge whatsoever about mental health (although it should be noted that Dementia is a neurological illness, NOT a mental health illness). It's good to be able to listen to a UK accent instead of an American one. Unfortunately it does come across as somewhat condescending. Strange not to see any specifically biblical options in the 'alternative therapies' offered in the Mental Health and Wellbeing booklet. Many Christians would have genuine problems accepting help from other sources.
