Simple, informative and addresses an important topic.
I really liked the idea of a wellness action plan and how clearly mental health issues were explained.
very informative
Really enjoyed this course. Gave lots of great advice about helping me with my mental health.
Some useful information, but a VERY condescending approach.
The course itself provided some useful information for anyone not familiar with the basics. The additional downloads such as the PDF were more useful. Unfortunately the presentation was very condescending and pitched more at the level of teenagers who're maybe looking at this sort of thing for the first time. The tone of the course tended towards assuming that it's viewers are ignorant of the benefits of diet and exercise. Quoting the WHO isn't a great idea – a globalist organisation who have lost the respect of many due to their heavy handed approach during covid. I feel the course would be more beneficial if it were a fraction of the length without the silly graphics. Not sure if dementia should be classed as a mental illness. It certainly affects mental health, but isn't there a question mark over whether or not it falls into the bracket of mental illness?
