Awareness regarding seen and unseen health problem, great breakdown associated to various elements involved and a true path guidance towards assistance and resolve.

I thought it covered mental health in a sympathtic and clear way. It made me realise that I need to be more positive and half glass full instead of lingering on the awful stuff going on around me!

The Mental Health Awareness Training was informative, engaging, and insightful. It helped me better understand the importance of mental health and provided practical ways to support both myself and others.
I have concerns regarding privacy and confidentiality. Participants may hesitate to share personal information due to fears that it could consciously or unconsciously influence how others perceive or treat them in the future. What assurances are in place to ensure that information disclosed during discussions remains confidential, is handled objectively, and will not be used against the individual in any personal or professional context (promotion, career advancement, etc.)? I have concerns regarding the confidentiality of personal information shared during mental health discussions. Information disclosed by participants should remain strictly confidential and should not be shared with colleagues, friends, relatives, or any other third parties. Given the risk of both intentional and unintentional disclosure, it would be advisable to designate only qualified individuals to receive and handle sensitive information. Clear safeguards and accountability measures should also be established to protect participants' privacy and maintain their trust.
