Good for making mental awareness more common place.

As the course portrays , just because a situation doesn't affect you in certain ways doesn't mean that another person is able to cope or rationalize or organise a situation the same way as you do . That depression can creep up on you in debilitating ways leaving you unable to see a way to move forward or change things . It truly is a hidden illness.

A thorough and sympathetic introduction to MH issues

A well produced and comprehensive course that covers the basics about MH and how it affects the workplace. I shall be recommending it to all my colleagues. It was good to hear the repeated messages of 'don't keep it to yourself' and mental health is as important as physical health so should not have any stigma attached to its discussion.
