Comprehensive and easy to understand

What I liked about this course is it's easy to follow and provides lots of useful information and things to try to improve both mental and physical health. The downloads are great and also include lots of useful resources and even information on alternative therapies. I didn't know that it was an option to become a mental health first aider but I will be looking into that with my employer.

What I liked: Clear and well-structured content covering awareness, common mental health issues, wellbeing strategies, and where to find further help. The test and printable certificate made the learning feel tangible and rewarding. Practical advice that can be applied both in the workplace and everyday life.

Boring

Why have a test at the end when some people find tests stressful? Seems a bit odd to talk about stresses and then put some people in what they find to be a stressful situation
