Very educational

The course was very clear and easy to understand. I think it would suit most people.

I found the course informative.

The course was a good reminder of how mental health can affect us all, and how we all need to be aware of what other people may be going through.

4/5
Concise and effective.

Very interesting and informative and presented in an accessible way. Some of the graphics were a bit disconcerting.

Good start

In isolation this course falls short of the mark. Without being delivered as part of a business specific wider course, I felt that many of the people who view this would still be fearful of speaking up.

4/5
Good general overview of help

This is a good general overview of how to and where to go to get help. The links to outside parties /groups is a good thing, along with downloadable guides that can be retained, and simple breathing exercises (discreate for the working environment).

4/5
Useful course

It would have been good to include the 5 ways to wellbeing so things like staying connected and helping others as well as sleep, exercise and diet which were mentioned.

4/5
The course covers the basic elements

the course covers all that an individual needs to begin to manage their own mental health and recognise possible triggers with others. However, the test at the end is not very good. The answers are so obvious that it doesn't make you think. They are obvious to the point that you could ace the test without watching the course slides. What's the odd one out in the following list of items? Apple, Orange, Banana, Leprechaun?
