It is good to know that there are people you can turn to or speak to about mental health.
Although some of the content was at primary school level, I did gain insights and learned new tools to manage work pressure. It’s just the sitting through some content that is slightly over verbose.
I have heard of these suggestions before, good to go over them again from time to time, refreshes your mind.
Very good but to long
This is a good course for someone who knows little about MH and the possible consequences of poor MH. I work in this field and it is an area of expertise for me, also, having worked on the borough for some years, it is boring doing the same course over and over.

This course has served as a good reminder about aspects of mental health and how it can impact practice and life. It is not in enough detail if you have not previously completed some mental health training.
Very well presented and vitally important to bring this subject to the forefront of peoples minds. I personally believe that it should be accompanied with a practical workshop ( during the course of the year ), where individuals can voice there questions, issues and gain an awareness of how individuals are affected in a variety of different ways.
Nice to remind ourselves that we're not alone, and everyone has negative thoughts, from time to time, and where to go/what to do, if it gets too much
i did find this course helpful but some of the thing found unrealistic , as telling people to eat healthy or go to the gym what isnt always possible for people to do.
