Lengthy for an issue that I hope that a lot of people are aware of anyway

concerned that you made reference a few times to workplaces/employers being committed to wellbeing and promoting good mental health. Not the lived experience of people in my organisation and just because they pay you for this training doesn't mean they are genuine.

Useful but too long

i expect that it's not easy to get the wording right around mental health but there does seem to me to be an element of: "if you don't get this right then it's your fault"; also, towards the end of the training it starts to feel like dealing with mental health is easy, which in turn makes the training feel a bit superficial.

Basic awareness

A long course with very basic information.I think the course should be a lot shorter because it is aimed at individuals and if they are struggling with their mental health they may not be able to concentrate for that length of time.

A test wasn't necessary

Whilst the course was useful, I question the need for a test at the end.The test was straightforward, however surely mental health is something we should be educated on, not tested as if it was a GDPR module.Additionally, in the event some individuals may experience from anxiety when doing tests, the module could then end up having an unintended effect.
