The first few sections are the same as the college one, I would suggest managers only have to do this one, not both.
The material covered is well documented and offers little that is new, enlightening or engaging. At one third of the running time of the typical movie, you could either cut the course content to 30 minutes or try and find something stimulating to put in to the course.
Fairly generic course, could pass without doing the research, as questions so easy and general , most answers were easily identified from the question grammar, some ideas not practical, e.g discuss mental health during appraisals, we dont get staff appraisals or PDP meetings, although they have been asked for and allegedly are in pipeline.....
I wish I could just read the transcript at my own pace without having to listen or watch the animations. Some of them are very triggering. I don't learn by watching, I learn by reading and find it very frustrating that I can't move the slides on when I've read the transcript, especially when there is an animation of a horrible 'bad place' scribble.
I was concerned that early on it seemed that people were given the message that they could keep themselves well with the inference that if they did not, then being unwell might be their own fault

Would be better if a little more interactive than just the test at the end. Would break up the periods where the participant is just being spoken at.
Introduction, modules 1 to 3 are a repeat of the Mental Health Awareness course and offered nothing new or meaningful only the module on Management Responsibilities proved useful.
I looked at quite a lot of the additional information. I think maybe some of that should be included. There were no check your understanding exercises going through - I like them. I have not found a way to avoid having to click the play button and maximise the screen after every section, which when they are only around a minute long is a bit frustrating.
