Good topic and some very good points. However I found the course a little disjointed. In my view it would have been better if it was split in 2 sections - first personal mental health and mental health awareness and responsibilities for managers. I also did not like the cartoons, which risked trivialising the issue.
The content was good, but the course was far too long. It repeated the same points over and over again.
Not very engaging, somewhat patronising. I lost interest in the course mid-way and only came back to finish it 3 weeks later because I had to.
Over all the course was good but the first 28 of 38 slides were out of the mental health awareness training, may I suggest if people have to do both the mental health for managers has a skip button to the new content as it is wasting allot of valuable time, or suggest to companies it is one or the other, as the procurement person who bought your training provision it is also a waste of a training credit which is money and aggregated u to the total number of people who would be in the same situation as me in our organisation that in a reasonable amount of money. Should someone want to discuss this further I can be contacted on andrewfay@smartwater.com
Quite informative but took an hour of my work day which I don't really have spare.

It is great to know that mental health is being taken so seriously by employers and the content of the course is useful, especially the additional links and resources. The course could benefit from being shorter which could be achieved by eliminating some repetition.
A lot of the course was repeat information from the Mental health awareness. Would have been good to only do the managers one
