Very good bullet pointed information

I done the employee mental health awareness training prior to the mental health training for managers and then found the content duplicated. Apart from that, a very good set of presentations that focusses the mind, provides some coaching and points out the importance of culture change & change of approach regarding mental health.

Useful

I am fortunate to be pretty au fait with most of the content from the course, but it is a simple no nonsense run through of a number of helpful tips around Mental Health and Well-being that reinforced my existing knowledge.

Very Repetitive.

This course should not be taken straight after the awareness course, basically its the same course all the ay to slide 29, if taking both sessions then there should be a gap of at least 2/3 weeks to derive the full benefit. Good content but too repetitive when taking the awareness course yesterday. Thanks
