Not quite sure why call this "Training for Managers" that course is valuable to all, in actual fact at induction would also be great.
Although common sense, the course reiterates certain points to be mindful of.
Overall seems to cover what you need to know, simple and concise
this course helps you start thinking about your and your team's mental health. Awareness is the first thing we all need to identify, second is gathering strength to talk about it and it's our responsibility as management to provide that environment to our team. We are not expert but by talking we can help removing some obstacles and start journey toward recovery and positive environment. Thank you Moy park for arranging this training.
Tried downloading the extra resource litreature but couldnt do it. Could maybe check this out and see what can be done to make easier.
I think a lot of the content could have been condensed into less slides.
Very informative and positive - enjoyed this course
Good content, with additional links and descriptions being especially helpful to better understand some of the content. A good way to present a very important subject, it gets the mind working on how it is possible to help people and how we could prevent further issues. Certificate questions were very easy and would like to have seen more interaction during the course, rather than just watch multiple videos back to back.
All employees should take this course upon joining the company and on a regular basis. It's particularly important as a line manager too.
Really enjoyed the course although some of the definitions of mental health condition did give me anxiety knowing the test was coming up at the end of the course. Test questions were well constructed around the principles of mental health awareness and not definitions of mental health conditions. Highly recommended course.
