Again at 02 Southampton we work in a hall where people come in to watch bands, singers and entertainers. In all my 4 years of employment I have never had to lift anything. Why is manual handling relevant? It isn't.

a great refresher for this important every-day topic; explanations very clear - my only criticism is the diagrams of the spine and its components which I thought could be improved to explain better how muscle/tendon issues can impact the nerves

Having attended many MH training sessions over the past 30yrs I found this online training module to be factual, concise and easy to follow with all key elements explained and demonstrated throughout the module.
