I found this course very interesting and helpful. It clearly explained in detail how I can protect my back to lift or move heavy or awkward objects in the safest way possible. I found that the animations and pictures that were used to illustrate the safe lifting technique in the course were clear and easy to understand.

There are a few tips missing from this course like when about to lift a low load it is good practise to tilt the load in order to raise the underside up higher to avoid over reach and the other tip is to always look up when lifting and lowering a low load. This helps to keep your back straight and avoid injury.
Very helpful advise to how to complete our tasks.
