Useful from an employees point of view, for remebering how we should actually move our back whether we manual hand at work or not!

A compact training program providing useful information for general life as well as the Workplace.

This was a useful programme which, although it didn't really tell me anything I didn't already know, reminded me of the importance of careful handling, as a moment's thoughtlessness can lead to a long-term problem. Well worth thinking about.

Very straight forward, no nonesense half hour programme, which is relevant to people working in very different areas. Good for either a new starter or, like myself as a refresher. The Test at the end very straight forward and relevant. A very good reminder that Manual handling applies to everyone at all times. Colleague said"Why do I need this training, I come in sit at my desk and thats it. I lift nothing". Next week was off sick with bad back caused by lifting playing equipment in the garden. Has now done the programme and has "made me think again"

Very good only complaint a few too many clicks required for some of the sections.

Excellent course with great explanations and examples.

Covered all the essential elements; videos were really good.
