Clear presentation and Clean interface

I really like this method of training for such a topic. The fact you have to click ensures you do not lose your attention.

Inforative

The training was very informative but I did find it hard to stay engaged....a bit boring but I don't know how you could change that as it is just reiterating information already covered in previous training programmes.

The Training was excellent

The training was really good, it was consise and the programme allowed me to go back to information which I was unsure of. The information was given in an easy to understand format with video demonstrations which helped me to visualise lifting in practise and reiterating the correct procedures to follow when lisfting.

The course was relevant and easy to use

The course was concise, compact and relevant. There is sufficient relevant technical information that keeps interest and supports the reasoning behind the need for this training. The course is suitable for most people however some users with low level literacy skills or esol requirements may struggle with the occasional phrase or use of technical language. Only negatives that I could see was the save facility seemed to be at the last completed topic rather than at point of exit and a pass mark on the test would ensure sufficient levels of knowledge have been reached

4/5
Informative, manageable.

When the Physiotherapist spoke about how good general posture when sitting/standing can minimise risk of back injury, I would have liked a little information on exactly what 'good posture' is.
